Shipping policy

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the package is considered to be in the custody of the carrier.

Cedar Cards Canada is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring while a package is in the carrier's possession, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The customer assumes the risks associated with shipping once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to Cedar Cards Canada unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for communicating with the applicable carrier and/or customs authority, providing any information they require, paying applicable import charges, and arranging for the release, delivery, or pickup of the package. Cedar Cards Canada is not responsible for delays, returns, abandonment, or other issues resulting from unpaid import charges, incomplete customs requirements, or a customer's failure to respond to the carrier or customs authority.

Tracking information will be provided as confirmation that the order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier.

If an issue occurs during transit, please contact us. Cedar Cards Canada can provide available shipment information and, where applicable, assist with opening a carrier investigation or claim. Any assistance provided does not constitute an acceptance of liability for the shipment.
