Shipping policy

All orders ship with tracking only. Cedar Cards Canada is not responsible for carrier delays, damage in transit, loss, theft, or misdelivery once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued. The customer assumes all shipping risk upon dispatch.

If there is an issue, please contact us and we can provide tracking details and assist with opening a carrier investigation where applicable.
